The location is very central, close to a mall, restaurants, and shops. Booked a Wheelchair Accessible room with a tub and a comfortable bed and got it upon arrival.

The location is great, close to the highway leading to Marine Highway port. It's only a 15-minute drive to Squalicum Creek Park. The room is a nice size with two comfortable beds, well-stocked and comfortable.

The staff were great---friendly and extremely helpful!! We thought we lost our wallet and the clerk at the desk was trying to help us locate it with phone calls to the restaurant we at the night before!!! Great location to mall and highway but tucked in and felt quaint and quiet-- definitely would return and recommend to others!!! Thank you

Everything was excellent! And thank God my room wasn't overlooking the highway, so it was very quiet.

The room was a nice size with 2 queen beds and all necessary amenities. The hotel's central location was convenient for easy access to nearby shops.

I booked thru Booked.net and the person I spoke with gave erroneous information. Like, a 10% gratuity fee would be charged, like I was booked for a room that our dog was welcome (with the 20 fee). She's miniture doberman and was obviously crated. 20 is ridiculous. Our "pet rent" in Redmond is only 35, and that's for a month, plus Redmond is much more upscale than Bellingham. Your prices on that need to be adjusted.
Your breakfast was not where near healthy. How about some fresh fruit? Plain yogurt? Vegetables in the eggs, like spinach. It works as a filler and frankly you'd spend less on the eggs.

Location, room, bed size, breakfast with excellent service, affordability, cheerfulness of all staff.
Our door to our room would not shut. I only found this out when I tried to shut the door at night for the evening. I had to use the bolt to keep it closed. It was reported to the front desk upon check out.

We enjoyed the decor in the room. Everything was very clean and fresh looking. We had a pet with us and we were given a care package for her and I felt that was a very personal nice touch. Our animals are like family to us, so this was very nice touch. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the Best Western Heritage in Bellingham to our friends. Thanks
The only problem we had was the constant knocking at our door on check out day to see if we were still there . This resulted in a few times been waken up by our dog and kind of annoying to say the least. I would think that with technology the way it is these days that upon check out you would be able to contact your staff at that time of our depart

Very clean rooms. Didn't have a chance to use any of the facilities, but they look inviting. Plenty of towels in the bathroom.
Could use another towel bar. Very small bathtub - not very high, but would be great to bathe children.
